Ash Roller

Ash Roller (アッシュ・ローラー, Asshu Rōrā) is a burst linker and was Haruyuki's first opponent in the Brain Burst program.

Himi Akira

Akira Himi (氷見 あきら, Himi Akira) is a Burst Linker that works as a bodyguard for players level 2 and under. She helps these players by partnering with them and helping them gain points in tag matches. Her fee is the record of the burst linker's real world identity.

She was once part of the element-themed Burst Linker group called the Elements under Black Lotus in Nega Nebulus until her disappearance.

Naomi Seiji

Seiji Noumi (能美 征二, Noumi Seiji) is a student at Umesato Junior High School and is a member of the Kendo club.

Mayuzumi Takumu

Takumu Mayuzumi (黛 拓武, Mayuzumi Takumu) is a childhood friend of Haruyuki Arita and Chiyuri Kurashima. Originally, he was aligned with the Blue Legion, Leonids, but eventually switches over to the Black Legion, Nega Nebulus, after his defeat by Haru. He is currently dating Chiyuri.

Kurasaki Fuko

Fūko Kurasaki (倉崎 楓子, Kurasaki Fūko) is the Burst Linker who teaches Silver Crow how to use the «Incarnate System». She was a former member of the old Nega Nebulus, but after reuniting with Kuroyukihime, she rejoined the Legion.

Kozuki Yuniko

Yuniko Kōzuki (上月 由仁子, Kōzuki Yuniko) is one of the few Level 9 Burst Linkers and is the second and current Red King and also the leader of the Red Legion, Prominence.

Kurashima Chiyuri

Chiyuri Kurashima (倉嶋 千百合, Kurashima Chiyuri) is a childhood friend of Haruyuki Arita and Takumu Mayuzuki. She is currently dating Taku. She is also a Burst Linker in Nega Nebulus. Her Duel Avatar is Lime Bell.

Kuroyukihime

Kuroyukihime (黒雪姫, Kuroyukihime; Literally meaning "Princess Snow Black"; lit. Black Snow Princess) is one of the main characters in the Accel World series. She is the current leader of the Black Legion, Nega Nebulus and was formerly known as the Black King (黒王, Kuroō), but hid after defeating the former "Red King". Her biggest ambition is to reach level 10 and meet the creator of the Brain Burst game, but to accomplish that goal, she has to defeat five other level 9 users who just so happen to be "The six kings of pure color", the leaders of the six most powerful factions in the Brain Burst world.

Arita Haruyuki

Haruyuki Arita (有田 春雪, Arita Haruyuki) is the main protagonist of the Accel World series. He's known by his Brain Burst avatar Silver Crow (シルバー・クロウ, Shirubā Kurō) for his flying abilities, because he is the only brain burst avatar that can fly. He decides to team up with Kuroyukihime to defeat the The six kings of pure color and meet the creator of the Brain Burst game.
